Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Labor & Delivery/Mother Baby position requiring LDRP experience and a TN or compact RN license.
Details
- LDRP unit providing both Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby care
- Patient population includes individuals from the prison system
- Floating required between L&D and Mother Baby units
- Day shift schedule, 3x12 hours (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Orientation includes two 8-hour shifts followed by two 12-hour department orientation shifts
Requirements
- Active TN or compact RN license required
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI (MAB accepted in lieu of CPI), NIHSS, AWHONN, NRP, and STABLE
- Minimum 1 year of L&D and Mother Baby experience required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copies of driver's license and Social Security card required
Additional Information
- Comfort working with incarcerated patient populations required
- First-time travelers and local candidates accepted at the same rate
