Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring 3+ years of OR experience and CST certification.
Details
- Operating Room setting with 10 ORs
- Patient population includes General, Orthopedic, Spine, Neuro, GYN, ENT, Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Vascular, and Open Heart cases
- Uses various OR equipment
- Uses EPIC EMR
- 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM, Monday-Friday with a rotating day off
- Weekend, weekday night, overnight, and holiday on-call rotation required
- No floating required
Requirements
- Active RN license (Indiana or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room experience required
- Robotics training preferred
- Vascular and open heart experience preferred but not required
Additional Information
- Scrubs are provided by the facility
- Candidates should be positive, adaptable, self-starters who are attentive and able to anticipate needs
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius to qualify for the standard travel bill rate; local candidates within this radius are accepted at a reduced rate
