Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2-3 years of IR experience and ARRT certification for a cardiac interventional radiology role.

Details

• Interventional Radiology unit
• Day shift schedule with potential rotation between 4x10 and 5x8 hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Uses Siemens equipment

Requirements

• 2-3 years of IR experience required
• ARRT certification required
• AHA or Red Cross BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Must be comfortable operating Siemens equipment
• One professional reference required from a direct supervisor, ANM, or director in the specialty applied for

Additional Information

• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent and per diem staff cannot return to the facility for 1 year from their previous end date
• All requested time off must be discussed during interview and submitted upfront for consideration
• EKG and pharmacology tests required during orientation, with a maximum of 2 attempts each and no remediation for retesting
• Travelers are expected to work every other holiday
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only
• Smoke-free facility with a strict no call-in policy
