Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical-Telemetry position requiring ACLS, BLS, and 2-3 years of recent specialty experience.

Details

Med/Surg-Telemetry unit (2-East) with 21 beds and 15 rooms
Requires recognition of cardiac dysrhythmias
Day shift schedule, 10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
Floating within scope to similar units
No on-call requirements

Requirements

Active IL RN license required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
2-3 years of recent Med/Surg-Telemetry experience required
Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required for consideration

Additional Information

Provide nursing care to medical/surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring
Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility with no exceptions
RTO must be submitted with candidate profile for consideration
