Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Oncology RN for a Cancer Center setting requiring recent specialty experience and chemo certification.
Details
- Work in a hospital-based Cancer Center/Radiation Oncology setting
- 13-week assignment with 8-hour day shifts
- Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am-5pm
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: AHA BLS and Chemotherapy Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in oncology nursing
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
- Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
- RTO must be requested prior to accepting an offer
