Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of acute inpatient PT experience for a 13-week travel assignment at an inpatient rehab unit.
Details
- Inpatient physical therapy unit within an 86-bed hospital
- Average patient ratio of 10 patients
- Uses Meditech Expanse for documentation
- Schedule is every other weekend, 36 hours/week, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM
- Option for four 9-hour days or spread across five days
- Co-treats with occupational therapy
- Rehab secretary available Monday-Friday
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of acute inpatient physical therapy experience required
- Must be able to evaluate, treat, and prioritize a caseload independently
- Current NH PT license and BLS certification required
- License required if applicable
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Team consists of staff with 10+ years of experience
- Scrubs are acceptable attire
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
