Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: M-F 10a-630p
Description: the schedule consists of M-F 10a-630p with call every third weekend. Sonographer should be OB registered and capable of performing all types of studies, General and vascular also.
Sonographer should be flexible and understand things might change depending on the facility's needs.

Required Experience: Two (2) years experience as a Ultrasonographer. OB Experience required.

Licensure: RDMS certification. BLS required

Special Skills, Knowledge: Anatomy, physiology production of radiographs utilizing multiple types of equipment. Provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served.

Education: Graduate of Sonographer accredited program required.

Position summary: Performs dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for the diagnosis of disease and study of the malfunction of organs. Performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols.
Using sonographic equipment to record images of patients and help diagnose a variety of medical illnesses and conditions. performs diagnostic patient care services using ultrasound technology. They are responsible for operating sonographic equipment and communicating the results of diagnostic examinations. . Functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.
