Description

📍 Job Title: LVN/LPN – Medical Surgical
📌 Facility Location: 1425 Portland Ave Bldg 3, Rochester, NY 14621-3011
⏰ Shifts: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Description:

• Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical unit during night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday if needed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using EPIC (required)
• Assist with medication administration, patient monitoring, and daily nursing care activities
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must hold an active New York Single State LPN license (NY is not compact)
• Required certification: BLS
• Pending licenses not accepted
• All RTO, block scheduling, and special requests must be submitted at time of submission
