Description
Ultrasound Technologist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour PM shift; alternate weekends
Call: Standby rotation
Start Date: ASAP
Experience: 2 years required; first-time travelers not accepted
Locals: Accepted
Pending License: Not accepted
RTO: Must be submitted with profile
Required Certifications: BLS, ARDMS
Required Skills/Experience:

General diagnostic ultrasound
-
NICU neonatal head exams
-
First-trimester OB
-
Thoracentesis, paracentesis, kidney, and liver biopsy procedures

Weekend standby/call rotation, including 3:00 PM–7:00 AM coverage

Familiarity with Trophon high-level disinfection preferred
Additional Requirements:
-
No routine vascular exams, except when performed as part of general studies

Focused vascular studies such as lower-extremity DVT exams are performed in the Vascular Lab
-
No routine breast/mammography exams; may perform limited axilla or breast scans for ED patients

No floating between like units
