Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit/Intermediate Care/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity setting, implementing and evaluating individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure timely medical intervention for any clinical changes.
• Administer medication safely and accurately, maintaining detailed records of all care provided.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and education.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies to ensure quality care.
• Support the hospital’s mission through effective communication, leadership, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a progressive care or stepdown setting.
• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) certifications required.
• Proficient in handling medical equipment and technology used in patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care.
