Job Opportunity: RN - Tele (Travel)
Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a Central Transport unit. The role involves transferring inpatients between units and for procedures, utilizing equipment such as Stryker Stretchers, Hill-Rom Beds, and Wheelchairs.
Unit Information
- Type of Staff: Transport Techs, RNs, CNAs, Sitters
- Shifts: Day and Night
- Patient Ratios: Not applicable
- EMR Systems: Capacity Management and iMobile device
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Work Schedule & Environment
- Rotating every other weekend
- No on-call duties
- Dress code includes khaki pants and red golf shirts provided
