Job Title: RN - Cardiac Cath Lab - Contract - MSM
Location: Mount Sinai St. Luke's

Job Summary:
The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others. The role involves delivering patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and caregivers, and ensuring quality and safety in all aspects of care. The nurse also participates in professional development and operational responsibilities to support the healthcare team.
Required Qualifications:
• NYS RN License
• BLS, ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• 2 years of telemetry and Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) experience
• 1 year of travel experience (required for travel positions, not for per diem)
• EPIC experience highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Associate degree in nursing considered with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN program
Additional Information:
• Average Unit Census: 2 labs
• 5 beds in the unit
• Staffing Guidelines: 11
• Schedule: 3x12 with weekends required
