Job Summary:
We are a 32-bed unit specializing in progressive care nursing and intermediate care. Nurses in this role manage drips and care for more acute patients. Responsibilities include performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards. Duties involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, as well as providing therapy and treatment that supports life and well-being. Nurses may be required to float to other departments or be placed on-call during scheduled shifts.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (ASN).
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
