Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric Dialysis team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, align with OU Health values, and maintain professional nursing standards. This role involves direct patient care, collaboration with physicians, and fostering an inclusive and growth-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Three to five (3–5) years of experience in patient care as a Registered Nurse.
- Knowledge of advanced professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures.
- Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
- Strong written and oral communication skills characterized by candor, openness, and integrity.
- Skilled in computer applications designed to ensure quality and safety measures for patients.
- Ability to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory standards.
- Current Registered Nurse License (RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact Registered Nurse (eNLC)).
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification required upon hire.
