Required: One year of travel experience is preferred but will consider six months’ travel

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the RN provides nursing care in a hospital setting to a diverse group of patients with health conditions ranging from simple to complex. The role involves delivering competent patient care, administering prescribed medications, monitoring physiological data, assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, and interacting with patients and families to share care plans and hospital procedures. The RN is responsible for documenting patient responses, delegating tasks to support staff, and making referrals to appropriate personnel as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors
• Basic computer skills

Required Education:
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program
Required Certifications & Licensure:
• Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC)
• Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association
• PALS (American Heart Association)
