Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the RN Oncology Infusion Clinic provides nursing care to patients with health conditions ranging from simple to complex. This role involves administering chemotherapy and other medications, monitoring patient responses, educating patients and families, and coordinating follow-up care. The RN interacts with patients and families to share care plans and ensures continuity of care through phone triage and referrals.

Required Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program

Required Certifications & Licensure:
• Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC)
• Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS)
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS)
