Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist – Forks, WA 98331

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Forks, Washington

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Typical work schedule includes four full days (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and one half day (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM). Closed on weekends and holidays. 37 guaranteed hours per week.

Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Washington State or ability to obtain
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Commitment to full contract duration from November 2026 through April 2027
