**Join Our Pediatric Nursing Team!** - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse specialized in Pediatrics? - Seeking a dynamic night shift opportunity with a supportive environment? **Position Highlights:** - **Unit:** Pediatrics - **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) - **Patient Ratios:** 1:4 for Days, Nights, and Weekends - **Block Schedules:** Not available, but 4x12 upon request - **Orientation Hours:** 40 hours - **Patient Age Groups:** Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics - **Number of Beds:** 8 - **Interdisciplinary Support:** Collaborative team including Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, and more. **Essential Qualifications:** - **Minimum Experience:** 1 year in Pediatrics - **Certifications:** BLS, NRP* (preferred), PALS - **Skills:** Monitoring Chemotherapy*, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV Therapy/Phlebotomy, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage patient care for young patients with diverse needs. - Provide chemotherapy monitoring and support. - Assist with feeding techniques: bottle, breast, and gavage. - Implement isolation precautions and safety protocols. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. **Shifts & Flexibility:** - Float required within your skill set. - Weekend coverage every other weekend is expected. - Pre-approved time off requests: 2 **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
