Job Summary

Provide outpatient physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation team to help patients achieve functional goals while maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and patient care.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and continuing education.
Supervise students as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current Physical Therapy license in good standing
Current CPR Certification
6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to commit to the full 6-month (27-week) assignment
Strong orthopedic outpatient experience
Experience with high-volume outpatient caseloads
