Responsibilities:If you're looking for flexibility and work-life balance, this opportunity is for you! As a Break Nurse you will work 8-hour shifts, relieving other registered nurses during break and meal periods - providing essential coverage across multiple units. You'll have the unique opportunity to focus on the continuum of care of numerous patients, all while part of a team that emphasizes professional and personal growth.
Qualifications:• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience
• 1 year consistent demonstration of competent clinical nursing practice proficiency required
Licenses and Certifications
• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
