Responsibilities: As Director Nursing Admin, you’re committed to the positive retention and engagement of your team members. You recognize effective communication as a top priority. You’ll stand by decisions in the interest of Community; the popular and the unpopular. Qualifications: Education• Associate's Degree in Nursing required• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing, Management or related field preferred Experience• 5 years of experience in a healthcare leadership/management position required Licenses and Certifications• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required Disclaimers:• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
