Requirements
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- CVT certification or equivalent Radiology Tech background preferred
- Experience with cardiac cath lab procedures: interventional coronary cases, structural heart, peripheral interventions, and EP
- Familiarity with imaging systems (MacLab, GE, Philips) and documentation in Meditech
- Ability to meet a typical patient ratio of 3:1 and respond to evening/weekend call as needed
- Team player, critical thinker, able to work independently and provide compassionate patient care
- OR scrubs provided; must adhere to facility dress code
Responsibilities
- Provide procedural and peri-procedural support in the cardiac catheterization lab for diagnostic and interventional cases
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment and assist with device setup during coronary, structural heart, peripheral, and EP procedures
- Accurately document patient care and procedure details in Meditech
- Participate in on-call rotation covering evenings and weekends when required
- Collaborate with nursing and physician teams to maintain safe patient ratios and efficient workflow
- Maintain sterile technique, follow scrub/dress code, and support a fast-paced acute care environment

Job Description
This travel Cardiac Cath Lab Tech position is a 13-week assignment in Miami, FL, supporting an acute-care catheterization laboratory. The role focuses on assisting with a full range of cath lab procedures including interventional coronary, structural heart, peripheral interventions, and EP cases. The clinician will work a day shift (07:00–17:30), function within a roughly 3:1 patient ratio, operate imaging systems such as MacLab, GE, and Philips, and document care in Meditech. The assignment requires ACLS and BLS certifications and favors candidates with CVT or radiology tech experience. Evening and weekend on-call coverage is expected. OR scrubs are provided.
