Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation | Forks, WA | Contract

This position will work with both inpatient and outpatient. The department runs Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Typical work schedule is four days 8:00am-5:00pm and one day 8:00am-1:00pm. The department is closed on holidays and weekends.
