As a Case Manager Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting inpatient discharge planning, care coordination, care progression, post-acute transitions, patient choice compliance, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK.

Minimum Experience: 2 years as an RN and 1 year as a Case Manager

Recommended Experience: Recent case/resource management experience

Required Certification: BLS

Preferred Experience/Certification: InterQual or MCG experience; CCM or ACM (Certified or Accredited Case Manager) certification through the Case Management Association (CMA) or American Case Management Association (ACMA)

First-timers are welcome to apply. Clinicians may float within their scope to meet facility needs and may be required to float to sister facilities if necessary. Please note that block scheduling is not accommodated for this position. Local candidates are accepted, and the facility intends to convert local candidates upon completion of their 13-week assignment, with compensation based on years of experience.

Important Requirements:

• Current and valid driver's license or state-issued ID required
• Utility bill in the traveler's name with a matching address within the last three months
• Address must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility
• Driver's license and utility bill must be included with submission
• No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted

All positions are 40 hours/week, consisting of four 10-hour shifts, with an every-other-weekend requirement.
