• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,890 - $1,990

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced maternity care setting
• Comfort completing unit-specific competencies and onboarding requirements
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Assist with labor support, deliveries, and other unit-based clinical procedures
• Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate and support patients and families with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards at all times
