• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: Late September / Early October
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week; 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Setting: Float pool position supporting multiple departments

Job Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a float pool or acute care environment
• Cerner experience preferred
• Experience in high-acuity telemetry nursing settings is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Monitor telemetry patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Delegate and supervise patient care activities as appropriate to team members
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development
• Float between assigned departments as needed to support patient care needs
• Promote a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for patients and staff
