We are seeking a skilled Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care using clinical judgment, critical thinking, and evidence-based nursing practices. • Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890

Job Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment in an acute care, patient-focused setting
• Ability to adapt quickly and float between departments as needed
• Cerner experience preferred
• Commitment to safe, high-quality patient care and professional nursing standards

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor patient condition, interpret telemetry data, and respond to clinical changes
• Develop and implement nursing care plans according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support optimal outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document care thoroughly and maintain accurate electronic clinical records
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
• Maintain flexibility to assist in other hospital departments as assigned
