Job Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• At least 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Experience in a float pool or the ability to adapt to multiple patient care areas
• Strong telemetry monitoring, patient assessment, and critical thinking skills
• Cerner experience preferred
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate care in a busy hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Medical/Surgical Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Complete thorough assessments, document care accurately, and coordinate treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
• Float between assigned units as needed while maintaining excellent patient care standards
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and quality throughout every shift
