Description

Job Description :

Immediate start date required
Must be willing to float to the Laguna Facility as needed
Patient ratio: 1 Care Manager to 25 patients
Minimum 1- 2 years of acute medical Care Manager experience with care coordination required
Prior travel experience is mandatory; first-time travelers not accepted
Variable 5-day workweek; department operates 7 days/week
Days off will vary and may not be consecutive, though efforts will be made to provide consecutive days
Must hold a valid California state license (pending license accepted if active by start date)
No more than 7 days of requested time off (RTO) allowed
Work setting: Acute Care Facility
Dress code: Turquoise scrubs or business casual attire

Med Ninjas Job ID #11644. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
