Location: Hermitage, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Highlights:

• 24-bed LDRP unit with 10-bed NICU providing comprehensive maternal and neonatal care
• Patient ratios: 1:1-2 labor patients, 1:4 postpartum, 1:4 well infants, 1:2-3 NICU
• Electronic documentation system (CPN) with Fetal Monitoring and Alaris IV Pumps
• Dedicated unit support team including RNs, unit coordinator, PCTs, and lactation consultants
• No floating policy – work exclusively within Women's Services/NICU
• Exposure to labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and NICU patient populations

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Tennessee or compact state eligibility
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Experience with labor and delivery, postpartum care, and/or NICU preferred
• Proficiency with fetal monitoring equipment and neonatal care protocols
