Description
Start Date: June 15, 2026
Location: Washington, DC
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts with rotating AM/PM schedule
Highlights:
- Care for pregnant patients from 17 weeks gestation through delivery and postpartum
- Manage full spectrum of labor and delivery activities including admissions, triage, vaginal deliveries, and C-sections
- Utilize Cerner EMR system and Fetalink documentation for fetal monitoring
- Participate in scheduled procedures including C-sections, external cephalic versions, and cerclage procedures
- Work with fetal monitoring equipment and advanced L&D technology
- Contract assignment with 12-hour shift rotation
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington, DC or District of Columbia
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required
- Cerner EMR experience required
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility location
