Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants. Sign-on or relocation bonus available.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM. Stay late on-call 1–2 times per week.

• High-acuity cardiovascular pre-operative unit supporting the busiest robotic surgery program in the Carolinas
• 4-bed specialty unit with 1:1 patient ratios in a Magnet-designated, top 1% nationally ranked hospital
• Work with advanced technology including GE Carescape monitoring, Fuji ultrasound, and Cerner documentation
• Support complex procedures including large-bore IV starts, arterial line and central line placement assistance, and patient transport to OR
• Collaborate with a highly experienced interdisciplinary team in a Level II trauma and comprehensive stroke center
• Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade "A" recognized facility with STS three-star rating for cardiac outcomes

Requirements:

• Active RN licensure eligible for North Carolina
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Critical care experience is essential; pre-operative experience is a plus
• Previous travel nursing experience required – first-time travelers cannot be considered
• Strong critical thinking, excellent documentation skills, and BCMA proficiency
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with excellent communication skills
