Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day or night shift available; no weekend or on-call requirements

Highlights:

• 16-bed Labor and Delivery unit with patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2
• Full-service unit performing vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&C, cerclage, and cesarean hysterectomy procedures
• Cerner EMR system with Phillips electronic fetal monitoring and Fetal Link
• Collaborative team environment with charge nurses, PCTs, CSTs, and RNs on every shift
• May float to Maternal Fetal Medicine Unit, Mother/Baby, or NICU as needed
• Scrubs provided

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina RN license or ability to obtain
• Minimum 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience (required)
• High-risk OB experience (required)
• Immediate newborn care experience (required)
• Circulating experience (preferred)
• Current certifications: NRP, BLS or ACLS, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring
