Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Every other weekend required. Dayshift grid: 2 CNC/Charge, 11 RNs, 4 CNAs, 1 HUC. Night shift grid: 2 CNC/Charge, 11 RNs, 4 CNAs, 1 HUC. Patient ratios: 4:1 standard, 5:1 when stretched. Floating to stepdown and med-surg units as needed.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Progressive care or stepdown nursing experience strongly preferred
• Neuro and trauma care experience required
• Experience with neurological and spinal assessments, C-collar placement, TLSO braces, chest tubes, and blood transfusions preferred
• Navy blue scrubs required per facility dress code
