- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Job Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – North Carolina or compact state (required)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU), telemetry, or similar acute care experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and telemetry monitoring skills (telemetry nurse experience preferred)
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced acute care and progressive care settings
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to adults in the Progressive Care Unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including telemetry, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and hemodynamic status
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments per hospital protocols
- Respond promptly to changes in patient status and escalate appropriately within the interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in care coordination, discharge planning, and patient education to ensure safe transitions of care
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and clinical notes in the electronic medical record
