Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
• Location: Lawton, Oklahoma (73505)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 05/07/2026 – End: 08/06/2026)
• Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (8-hour days)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• On-Call: Yes (1-2 weekend days of call per 13-week period)
• Unit: Surgery / Operating Room (OR)
• Number of Positions: 2 Travel OR RN positions

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room RN experience required; 2 years preferred
• CVOR experience preferred (cardiovascular operating room)
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation
• Strong communication, teamwork, and perioperative nursing skills

Responsibilities (Operating Room / Perioperative Nursing)

• Provide patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures (pre-op, intra-op, post-op)
• Prepare patients for surgery and educate them on procedure expectations and outcomes
• Assist surgeons, anesthesia team, and surgical technologists during operations
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure a safe, compliant operating room environment
• Monitor patient recovery, identify complications, and initiate appropriate interventions
• Accurately document patient information, surgical details, and perioperative care
