Job Details:
Weekly Gross: $2,400.00
Location:Puyallup WA
13-week contract
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Requirements:
• Active OT License
• BLS Certification
• SNF/Rehab experience preferred

TheraEx Therapy Job ID #26-24001. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
