Job Details

• Location: Boston, MA 02215
• Setting: Hospital Radiology / CT Technology
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,440 - $2,620
• Start Date: 8/24/2026
• Schedule Notes: Every other weekend required; no block scheduling
• Orientation: Weekly orientation available

CT Technologist Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience in an inpatient acute care hospital setting
• Prior Level 1 trauma experience required
• Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Experience with GE Hi Def or Revolution CT equipment required
• Ability to start peripheral IVs on outpatients required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ARRT certification required
• Ability to work every other weekend and maintain a reliable schedule

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Support inpatient and outpatient imaging services with accuracy and professionalism
• Start peripheral IVs for outpatient CT exams as needed
• Operate advanced CT scanners while following established imaging protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and care team members to ensure efficient patient flow
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and excellent communication throughout the exam process
• Follow departmental standards, infection control practices, and compliance guidelines
