• Setting: Hospital-based orthopedic imaging
• Assignment Type: Travel CT Technologist / X-Ray Technologist
• Start Date: November 9, 2026
• Duration: 8 weeks
• Shift Duration: 8-hour nights
• Shifts Per Week: 5
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM; first 2 weeks include day-shift training
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,380-$2,550
• Patient Volume: Up to 20 patients per day, with low-volume overnight workflow
• Charting System: Epic preferred
• Orientation: 12 hours

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist and X-ray technologist experience
• Active New York State license with IV certification in hand at time of application
• ARRT R and ARRT CT certifications required
• BLS certification required
• Experience operating Siemens equipment required
• Strong proficiency in both CT scans and X-rays
• Comfort working independently on overnight shifts
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or move patients and equipment in excess of 150 pounds, with or without assistance
• Epic experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT and X-ray procedures for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Support orthopedic imaging needs in exam room, inpatient, outpatient, and portable settings
• Complete a variety of imaging studies including extremities, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, and CTA exams
• Deliver accurate, patient-focused diagnostic imaging care while maintaining efficiency during night shifts
• Work collaboratively across departments as needed to support patient care
• Maintain compliance with required clinical, safety, and documentation standards
