Day 4x10-Hour shifts: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Alternate Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (after week 6)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at an outpatient clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing MRI procedures on patients, ensuring quality images, and maintaining a high standard of patient care. The ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team in an outpatient setting is essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans as prescribed.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures.
- Maintain and operate MRI equipment and follow safety protocols.
- Review and evaluate the quality of images produced.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Experience with Siemens MRI, preferably Espree unit.
- Current NY State License and IV certification.
- CT experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MRI.
