Travel CT Tech jobs in Staten Island, NY let you work in a dynamic city at a facility with Level 1 trauma center designation and teaching hospital culture. You will perform all types of CT exams, including head, pelvis, trauma, and specialized cardiac CT angiograms, using GE Revolution, GE Discovery, and Toshiba Quillion1 equipment. Your responsibilities include working across inpatient, outpatient, mobile, and emergency department settings, ensuring quality imaging, and following safety protocols. To qualify, you must have a New York State Department of Health Radiologic Technologist license, R.T. (R) (CT) ARRT, and NYS Injection/IV Certification. Candidates may take the IV certification course before starting and apply for NYDOH BERT certification. BLS is required, with at least one year of experience; two years is preferred. Scrubs must match top and bottom in any color, with no patterns, and personal grooming standards must be maintained. The schedule is Thursday through Monday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with every other weekend required. Alternate schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 4 10-hour shifts.
