Travel Pharmacist job in Jupiter, FL is available for immediate start with a temp direct contract, 40 hours per week, working 7 on, 7 off from 9 PM to 7:30 AM. You will provide acute care pharmacy services, optimize medication therapy, conduct medication reviews, and collaborate with healthcare teams using Epic. Required qualifications include a current FL pharmacist license, 2+ years of experience, acute care experience, and Epic proficiency.
