Job Summary:
California The organization is seeking a CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist for a position available in Salinas. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: - Completion of a two-year Radiologic Technology training program approved by the American Medical Association (AMA) - CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) certificate and Fluoroscopy license - ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration or ARRT eligibility - Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards - Valid Driver's License - At least one (1) year of experience as a licensed technologist - Epic experience of six (6) to twelve (12) months within the past year
• Preferred Qualifications: N/A
• Additional Information:
  • Experience with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures such as chest, extremities, spines, catheter placements, etc.
  • Performs patient care during procedures, including assisting with movement and providing comfort.
  • Reports changes in patient condition and assists with emergency medical treatments under physician direction.
  • Assists with scheduling patient exams and attends department meetings and in-services.
  • May give contrast media and flush lines with normal saline.
  • Under direct supervision of the Radiologist, may pull Lidocaine or buffered Lidocaine for procedures.
