Job Summary:
A CT Technologist role is available in a healthcare facility located in Schenectady, New York. The position involves working day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Thursday through Sunday. The role requires providing advanced imaging services, including contrast injections and IV starts, with a focus on patient safety and quality. The candidate must have at least two years of specialty experience and hold current BLS and ARRT certifications.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, Thursday through Sunday, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS and ARRT; at least 2 years of experience in CT technology; valid NY injection certification (preferred but can be screened to manager without); 1 year of professional experience acceptable if quality standards are met.
• Preferred Qualifications: Adequate experience starting IVs and managing contrast injections.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  • No holiday RTO; less than 5 days of RTO.
  • The facility prefers candidates with NY injection certification, but it is not mandatory for screening.
  • Candidates should demonstrate high-quality patient care and technical skills aligned with facility standards.
  • The work environment involves active imaging procedures with emphasis on safety and precision.
  • Submission of professional certifications and experience documentation is required for application.
