Description
Job Summary:
A CT Technologist position is available in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves working in a department that specializes in advanced imaging procedures with Siemens equipment. The candidate will perform CT scans and post-processing for high-acuity trauma and stroke patients, ensuring adherence to department standards and certifications.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, potentially 4x9 or 3x12, with a total of 36 hours per week (discussed during interview)
- Required Qualifications: Valid ARRT (CT) certification; BLS Certification; willingness to wait for license submission; minimum of 3 years' experience with Siemens CT equipment, including Siemens syngo.via software; strong Siemens experience; ability to perform post-processing; experience with Siemens ForceDefinition 64 slice with interventional package; experience with Level 1 trauma and acute stroke high acuity patients; experience with CT scans exclusively using Siemens equipment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Strong IV start skills; experience with Siemens syngo.via.
- Additional Information: The shift includes variable hours, with a focus on trauma level I care in an acute care setting. The candidate must be prepared for variable shift times and be experienced with Siemens CT systems and associated post-processing software. The facility requires ARRT (CT) certification and is focused on high-acuity patient care.
