Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Home Health (OT HH) Location unspecified. This position involves providing occupational therapy services within a home health setting, focusing on geriatric patients. The role requires engagement with diverse patient conditions, ensuring timely documentation and communication to support quality care delivery.
Job Details
- Certifications: BLS, NBCOT; Education Requirements: Must hold a valid license in hand; Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience including OASIS experience for staff completing Start of Care (SOC); Location Requirements: No restrictions; Years of Experience: 1 year minimum;
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week;
- Additional Information: Home health experience and proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) are required. On-call rotation may be required, and timely documentation is mandatory. All travelers must have an active driver's license and personal transportation. RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at the time of application. Modules are billable and completed during orientation.
