Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) position in a short-term acute care facility located in Washington. This role involves providing occupational therapy services across multiple units including Acute, Medical, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF). The ideal candidate will be operationally flexible, team-oriented, and possess acute care experience to support a diverse patient population with diagnoses such as multi-trauma, spinal cord injury, stroke, orthopedic, Parkinsons disease, multiple sclerosis, and others.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 10/19/2026 and ending on 01/18/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington State licensure, at least 0 years of experience, acute care experience, ability to float between units including ICU and IRF, and familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IPR (Inpatient Rehabilitation) and additional ability to work collaboratively with medical teams.
• Float: Float rotation may be required between units such as acute, medical, ICU, and inpatient rehab facilities.
• Additional Information: Must be flexible to work across all hospital units, work as part of a team, pick up additional patients if necessary, and demonstrate independence with time management. Candidates should be friendly, outgoing, and a good team fit.
