Description
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Work Experience:- Assess client needs – Evaluate clients’ social, emotional, financial, and family situations and identify their needs and goals.
- Provide counseling and support – Offer emotional support, crisis intervention, counseling, and guidance to individuals and families.
- Connect clients with resources – Refer clients to healthcare, housing, financial assistance, mental-health services, and other community resources.
- Case management and documentation
- 2 yr experience required. Acute medical hospital Social work experience
LCSW Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
