Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach.
Schedule
- Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Full-time: 36 hours per week, 3 shifts of 12 hours
- Every other weekend and holiday required
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in their status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-care procedures.
- Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor patients' heart rhythms and other vital signs.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
- Experience with MediTech preferred.
