Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery (L&D) Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Family Birth Place Team. This position requires a dedicated individual passionate about providing exceptional maternal and neonatal care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery process and provide care in the Operating Room (OR), Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and postpartum settings.
• Deliver couplet care for infants starting from 32 weeks gestation.
• Collaborate effectively with a fun and dynamic team to implement evidence-based practices.
• Ensure a compassionate, patient-centered experience while maintaining high standards of care.
• Participate in a rotating call schedule as needed.

Shift Information

This is a 12-hour night shift position with rotating weekends. The call rotation typically involves one 12-hour shift every six weeks, subject to change.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license in good standing.
• Current certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE.
